2 Days Returns
You have 24 hours to submit a return request after your order has been delivered. Once your order is cancelled, you must send back the parcel within another 24 hours. Once we receive the parcel, you’ll be refunded the price of the order. Please see conditions for return below.
Easy Returns
If the item you received arrived in error or is badly damaged, defective, or not as described on the website, you are eligible to return the item.
Refunds
Refunds will depend on the degree of damage to the item. For example, there is a tear or fold on the cover that extends to 6 cm or more – or anything that mars the words on the inside of the book.
Badly damaged items will qualify for a full refund of the item, including shipping fees.
Once we have received and approved the condition of the item, you will be refunded.
Please note that minor imperfections like light scratches or wrinkles on the spine do not qualify for a full refund. In that case, you may send the item back and receive a refund on the item – however, you will be charged for shipping the item back to us.
Replacements
You can request and receive a replacement of the item if it was delivered to you in badly damaged condition, or if it was delivered to you in error.
How do I return an item?
Requirement for a valid procedure:

Proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
Your Email address.
Whether you want a replacement of the item (instead of a refund), and provide the necessary information associated.
Reason for return must be valid and return acceptance conditions met.
If you have received a damaged item, you must provide proof of damage with clear image(s).
Please remember to send back all items including the free promotional items that came with the purchase.
Once the product is received, we will perform a quality check.
If the quality check is successful, you will receive the refund (or replacement, if requested).
How much time do I have to return a product?
Items sold on Night Owl Bookstore, under certain conditions, can be returned within a period of 2 business days from delivery date.
After that, we will not be able to accept returns.
How do I send my product to your store?
You will be sent a PDF of the shipping invoice for you to print and send back with the shipment.
The product must be shipped within two working days of receiving the item. If the product is not shipped within the specified time, we will cancel the return request.
