Once your request is approved, the item must be shipped back within the following 24 hours.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be refunded the full price of the product—subject to the conditions outlined below.

  • Arrived severely damaged
  • Does not match the product deion on our website

Supporting evidence (such as clear photos) must be provided when submitting your return request.
