DELIVERY POLICY – Night Owl Bookstore
At Night Owl Bookstore, our goal is to make your shopping experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible—your convenience is our priority.
Please note that our official business week runs from Saturday to Thursday. Fridays and public holidays in Saudi Arabia are considered official holidays for both our team and shipping partners.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are shipped from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to the shipping address provided at checkout. We currently ship within most regions and cities in Saudi Arabia, as well as to GCC countries including the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.
We offer multiple delivery options:
- Aramex (charges are calculated at checkout). You’ll receive tracking updates via your registered mobile number once your order is shipped.
- Same-Day Delivery (Riyadh only): Choose between On-Demand Delivery or Store Courier Delivery (provided by our team). For On-Demand Delivery, please ensure your location is entered accurately.
Note: Same-day delivery may extend to next-day or two-day delivery depending on order volume and time of day your order is placed.
Orders totaling 400 SAR or more qualify for Free Shipping within Saudi Arabia.

We accept several secure payment methods at checkout, including:

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout according to the selected delivery method, destination, and package weight.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
We process and ship orders six days a week, excluding Fridays and public holidays.
For Same-Day Delivery in Riyadh, orders must be placed before 6:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next working day.
Important Information
- After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation and regular updates until your order has shipped.
- If shipped via Aramex, the courier will contact you directly with delivery details via SMS.
- Estimated delivery times serve as a guide and are based on the date of dispatch.
- Night Owl Bookstore is not liable for delays due to customs clearance or external factors.
- Remote area deliveries may incur additional fees.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order any time before it ships. To request a cancellation, please visit our Contact page or reach out via our social media channels with the necessary details.
If your order has already shipped, you will need to wait for delivery and then follow our Returns & Refunds Policy.
